The countdown is officially on. Berkshire AfroFest 2026 takes place on Saturday 8 August 2026 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, and there are now only five days left until one of Berkshire’s biggest celebrations of culture, community, music, food, and togetherness.
If you have not registered yet, now is the time to secure your place and be part of this exciting event.
Registration Closes on 5 August
To help us plan the event effectively and reduce unnecessary waste, registration will close at 10:00am on Wednesday 5 August 2026.
Food will be provided free of charge, but it will be available only to registered attendees. A registration tagging system will be in place on the day, and meals will be distributed to those who have registered in advance.
By registering, you help us manage resources responsibly, minimise food waste, and ensure everyone who has signed up can enjoy the event.

Help Us Make Berkshire AfroFest Greener
As part of our commitment to sustainability, Berkshire AfroFest is taking steps to reduce its environmental impact and create a greener event for everyone.
We are asking all attendees to bring their own reusable water bottle, cup, or drinking container. Free drinking water will be available throughout the day for refills, helping us reduce single-use plastic waste.
